These Terms of Use govern your use of the His Words Remain Roku screensaver. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the app

His Words Remain displays Scripture for personal reflection, prayer, rest, and general informational use. The app is not intended to replace professional pastoral, medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice.

License and acceptable use

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on supported Roku devices associated with your Roku account. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Scripture content

Scripture content may be updated periodically. We make reasonable efforts to present passages accurately, but occasional errors or interruptions may occur. If you notice a content issue, please contact support.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, content updates, legal compliance, or service improvement. Internet access may be required to receive the latest Scripture collection; a built-in collection may be used when the content service is unavailable.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Roku and are subject to Roku’s applicable payment, account, and refund terms. We do not directly receive or store your payment-card information.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, network, or Roku OS version.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Digital Depth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version.
